A proper baguette - crusty on the outside and chewy and light on the inside. A long, slow ferment time makes these baguettes easy on the stomach. Great for sandwiches, alongside soup, on a grazing platter with cheese & dips, or simply slathered with butter and eating. Suitable for freezing.

Cut-off for ordering is at 8pm 2 days prior to collection day.
